Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
For the most part, yes. If I'm traveling more than 20 miles outside of the Milwaukee area, there may be additional fees for travel.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Please be respectful of my time & schedule, and I'll do the same. If it's raining, the kids are sick, etc. and we need to reschedule, I'll do my best to make it work.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Always. Message me. Your happiness is the top priority.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
While it depends on the scope of the work, I try to turn around photos quickly. If it will be more than a week, I will be in touch to let you know what's going on and when you should expect to receive your gallery.
